20 Push ups
25 Squats
30 Jumping jacks
20 second plank

Do all four exercises 3X (you can do it back to back or throughout the day).

*If its too much for you to do, do what you can also if you want you can spread it out throughout the day.
BE SURE TO POST ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY.

    Is it sad that upon seeing that today was the same as yesterday I cried a little inside? Lol.... those squats. And those planks... today I really will spread them out through the whole day and do the sets hours apart. Maybe that way I can finish all three reps. My thighs are crying :D

    Im not done yet, but was curious how you log these workouts on MFP???
    I used cardio/Calisthenics exercise tracker. Think it gave me just over 100 cal burn

    Finished! Those pushups are no joke. Only did the first 8 of the first set on my toes, the rest on my knees.

    The push-ups are hell! I thought 15 was beyond my limit but managed to do 20 on yesterday's soreness.

    Done! 12 minutes, 85 calories burned. I added some stretching in there. My legs feel so tight today! I also did kickboxing yesterday so that adds to it.

    I did what I could manage
    3 x 20 Push ups (1 set on my knees, 2 at counter height)
    3 x 25 Squats - Done
    3 x 30 Jumping jacks (40- maybe I can manage another set later, I have a hard time jumping!!)
    3 x 20 second plank - Done... surprisingly, i haven't tried a plank in a while because I couldn't do it, but I managed to do them today!

    8,100 steps, 12 flights of stairs, I think I know why my legs hurt!
