Does anyone have good substitute exercises for the push-ups and plank? I have an arm injury and can't do either of those right now.

Is your injury at the elbow, the shoulder, the wrist... ? Where exactly is the question. There is a wealth of information on the web (some good, some not...) to assist you in this area. Most shoulder or elbow injuries require adequate healing time. That would mean staying off of it for the prescribed amount of time so that it can heal properly. Then starting out very slowly with light duty type exercises, mostly daily living type activities.

The injury in wrist and elbow, possibly a nerve entrapment issue, find out if I have to have surgery or not on Monday.
