How to taper for an Olympic Tri?

I didn't taper at all for the sprint tri I did but I figure some tapering is needed for an Olympic? I am not following a training plan right now, just making up my plan as I go along so any advice appreciated. Race is May 4th.

I cut back about 50% volume the week before, but continue to do some race intensity short work just to keep things firing.0

This is my typical taper for an Oly.
Mon- Easy swim
Tues- Off
Wed- 1 hour easy bike with a raced pace 30 min brick run
Thurs- 45 min raced pace bike with a recovery paced 20 min brick run
Friday- Off
Sat- 10 min swim, 20 min spin, 15 min run. All just enough to stay loose and check to make sure all the gear is working correctly
Sun- Race
The goal of the week should be to fully recover, but make sure the feeling of being at race pace is still in the system.0 -
Thanks for the advice. I think I've figured out something that will work. Hopefully.0
