25 Push ups
30 Squats
30 Jumping jacks
20 second plank
Do all four exercises 3X (you can do it back to back or throughout the day).
*If its too much for you to do, do what you can also if you want you can spread it out throughout the day.
*if its too easy for you than add more sets.
BE SURE TO POST ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY.

Completed! I skipped yesterday because I decided to work out on the designated rest day. I'm so sore but trying to keep pushing it!0

Sorry I'm having a day off today as I've not had one yet I've spent hours planting in the garden and I've only done 5500 steps so I will be back tomorrow before I spend the day in the garden :-)0

So glad to come back and see that we can continue on! Thank you to the new moderator's that stepped up! I was feeling bummed today because my little guy is sick so I'm home with him. I can't make it to a regular workout class today but I CAN do this challenge. :happy:0

Done. Had trouble with the push-ups on the 3rd set had to do 20, take a short break and then do the final 5.0
