25 Push ups
30 squats
30 Jumping jacks
20 second plank

Do all Three exercises 3X (you can do it back to back or throughout the day).

*If its too much for you to do, do what you can also if you want you can spread it out throughout the day.
*if its too easy for you than add more sets.
BE SURE TO POST ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY.

    2 push ups sorry I'm not strong enough for them this year
    30 squats x3 done
    30 jumping jacks x4 done
    20 sec plank x 3 done
    I've also done 30 days shred week 1 gonna head for a shower then take dogs a 5 mile walk

    Done but had to bail on the last half of the push-ups on the 3rd set. I think that I am overdoing it on the push-up front.

    If you can't do the push ups, do modified push-ups, use the wall :)

    I did a ton of squats and push-ups (along with a whole lot of other things) in my hour long Body Pump class this morning. Squats were with weights on a bar on my back.

    I will strive to get the jumping jacks and planks done later today!

    Completed! I even got my boyfriend to do the first 2 sets with me.
    13 min, 87 cals. I want to do something active outside today since it's so beautiful.

    3.5 miles on the treadmill and yard work/gardening
    13,500 steps.
