25 Push ups
30 squats
30 Jumping jacks
20 second plank
Do all Three exercises 3X (you can do it back to back or throughout the day).
*If its too much for you to do, do what you can also if you want you can spread it out throughout the day.
*if its too easy for you than add more sets.
BE SURE TO POST ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE FOR THE DAY.

I've also done 30 days shred week 1 gonna head for a shower then take dogs a 5 mile walk0 -

            Done but had to bail on the last half of the push-ups on the 3rd set. I think that I am overdoing it on the push-up front.0

            I did a ton of squats and push-ups (along with a whole lot of other things) in my hour long Body Pump class this morning. Squats were with weights on a bar on my back.
I will strive to get the jumping jacks and planks done later today!0 -

            Completed! I even got my boyfriend to do the first 2 sets with me.
