Im 27, do weights 3 times a week, cardio twice a week and football once a week

    Hi there, 33 and in the delightfully hilly Derbyshire

    I run 2-3times a wk (depending on game days), rugby training 1 a wk, cycle 1-2 a week, walk a hell of a lot, spend 2days a wk hula hooping, juggling and spinning poi and a spot of strength training thrown in here and there lol:smile:
