What kind of things do you listen to while you work out? Music? Podcasts? What bands/shows? Do you listen to anything?
I need something playing, or I'll stall out. Normally during cardio, I need upbeat music with good pacing and a lot of energy to it. In all honesty, my awful highschool music is the BEST for this. I run so fast and last so long while guiltily jamming to Cobra Starship/3OH!3/The Used/MCR/Fall Out Boy/ Panic! at the Disco (holy crap that new album was great). But things like The Prodigy or Deadmau5 or Block B or Neon Hitch work really well too! During weight training, I tend to listen to more moderate music (Amy Winehouse, some Eminem, Ratatat, maybe twentyonepilets) or Welcome to Night Vale when there is a new episode out

I listen to twerking music when I am on the deadmill. When I am lifting I listen to hardcore rap.0

I like to listen to rock/metal. It gets my adrenaline rushing! AC/DC, Metallica, Disturbed, etc. I usually just get the music off of Pandora, or Spotify depending on if I want to listen to just one band or a mixture.0

When I run I like up-tempo dance music. When I lift I usually listen to a podcast (I am a boring white guy.)0

Treadmill: Marching or other cadence type music
