Hi everyone! I wanted to just pop in and introduce myself as I peruse through this group and another to familiarize myself. My name is Caitlin, lots of details about me in my profile. I have done low-carb in the past, but was pretty much eating nothing but meat, cheese, eggs, sf jello, etc. Not that its bad for you, but I was not eating veggies at all! Essentially, I didn't understand how to do low-carb and was pretty much trying to do NO-carb. :noway:

Now I'm here, older, wiser (I like to think) and looking for fellow LCHF/Keto friends! I'm looking forward to finding recipes and tips from you all so I can do this the right way and drop this huge amount of weight once and for all.

I do have *one* question so far. With regards to MFPs tracker, how do you all keep track of your carb intake if you tend to count NET carbs? Do you just keep a mental count?
