    Amazing job, Jade! You look great. I just finished Day 21! I'm really surprised at how much I like Level 3. I feel stronger - I couldn't believe circuit 3 was over when it happened. I am a little worried about all the jumping in the last cardio section though. Seems like it could damage your knees? 9 MORE DAYS, LADIES!!!!

    Level 3 Day 2 completed this morning! I agree, I like level 3 a lot. The traveling push ups, not so much, but the rest is great. I'm dripping sweat when it's over and my heart feels like it's going to pound out of my chest! I like that, proof Im working my butt off! Good job everyone!

    I'm down 3.8 lbs and 7 inches since Day 1. I did my first day of Level 3 today.
