I have not been able to locate a thread on this. Please excuse and direct me to one, if it already exists.
RL has put time constraints on me such that I am able to do workouts between 30-40 minutes long. I typically get 4-5 hrs sleep per day. I do not run or do any high impact exercises involving knees due to old injuries, but I love DLs, Squats, etc..
I have truncated my current 4 day upper/lower split; focusing on super-setting compound exercises. This has allowed me to slowly continue progressing in strength, but not size. Fortunately I am still able to devote 1 day per week to my normal 90 minute workout, and get 8 hrs sleep that night. I currently alternate that 90 minutes between upper/lower each week.
Would love some suggestions for programs, etc.. that you feel may work with this schedule.
Thank You!!

Are you at a deficit or maintenance or a surplus?
Are you doing any iso work?
What are the rep ranges/sets on your current program?0 -
I appear to be at a maintenance level of food intake as my weight has been hovering for a few weeks. My current body fat is estimated between 12-15%. (Estimates may be inaccurate as they are visual estimates from people with more knowledge/experience than me, but not estimated using equipment.)
All of my current exercises are dynamic. The only time that I perform isolated muscle work is on my single 90 minute workout day per week.
The first pair of upper/lower split workouts that I do are 6-8 reps. The second pair are 8-12 reps.
Thank you again for your time and feedback.0 -
Sorry for the delay - bumping back to the top so we get to this, hopefully soon.0
