Just found this group ... My goal is to get rid of 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. I am finding that I go through spurts of losing and then long-ish (three week) plateaus while my body stabilizes. However, my average has been 1 pound a week. I weigh myself every day (and record it in food log notes), but I only do an MFP Check-in when I have a loss to report. I am NOT owning all of those fluctuations, only my last lowest weight. Eventually, I own it!

Well, I did not fare to badly over the Holiday Weekend. I went up about a pound but have brought it back down. Drank lots of water watched my intake this week and kept up with my workouts. Overall I am down about a half pound. It is all very slow but going in the right direction.0 -
Sorry I have been MIA - I tore up my knee playing catcher for my son's little league team. I ate everything in sight ... part of the side effects of the meds. I gained instead of loosing so... here I go again. Starting with basics... eating habits & exercise.
Good luck to all!!!:drinker: :flowerforyou:0
