Well, I made it :happy: ! A good part due to the motivation of this discussion group. I am optimistic that I am on the right track. I am planning on continuing what I have been doing - gym workouts, Nordic walking, and now that the weather is getting better, I'll add some biking to the list. I have another goal in mind now - another 5 lbs by June 6th.

    Start weight: 165
    Goal weight: 160
    Current weight: 159.5
    Treadmill everyday for 35 minutes and eating under calorie goal.

    I kept gaining and losing the same couple of pounds, as I've been doing since the new year. I really hoped this month would see some progress:angry: Now it's on to a fresh start.
