so i`d like to do this too but im not understanding the level system or how this is done... I understand the excersizes just not how its one excersoze sometimes but for various amounts of times can someone please help me make sese of this

I think your confusion is about the levels? You choose one level for the duration. I'm level I for example, so yesterday I walked for 30 minutes, did 3 set of 10 each of lunges, squats and climbers. If you think your fitness level is higher, you might choose to be level II or even III and then you will jog or run for 30 minutes and do more lunges, squats and climbers in your 3 reps.
