Low Carb Breakfast ideas

Hi all,
Does anyone have any good low carb, dairy and grain free breakfast ideas? Due to my 6 am start time, I typically eat breakfast at work.
I make "egg muffins" occasionally, but I'm really getting bored with them. (egg&egg white muffins baked with veggies in cupcake pans)
Would love to hear some ideas!
Thanks

I eat breakfast at work too. I usually take a scrambled egg and 2 strips of bacon and 1/2 an avocado cut into cubes and eat the whole thing out of my pyrex container. Sometimes I will make a giant omelet on the weekend and add whatever cheese I like, maybe some salsa or whatever. When it cools, cut it up into 5 wedges and store them all in a stack in Tupperware in the fridge and take one wedge every morning and microwave for breakfast. Usually take bacon or sausage again or sometimes some smoked salmon if I've used goat cheese or cream cheese in the omelet. I like to take 1/2 an avocado most days to increase my fat. I also will scramble my egg or omelet mix with some heavy cream and/or butter to raise the fat content.0

I always start the day with Bullet proof coffee, keeps me happy till lunchtime and beyond sometimes! :drinker: :drinker:0

I microwave turkey or chicken sausage.
I also do cottage cheese, but probably not if you want dairy free.
I have been adding a serving or two of peanuts, cashews or almonds, depending on if I'm working out or not.
Best of luck!0 -

I've always wondered about microwaving omlets made the night before! Are they still delicious? I was wondering if they got too chewy!0 -
Nope delicious especially if there is lots of filling. Don't overheat though or you could reduce the power level, a little.0

My go to breakfast is 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup berries and 2 slices of microwave Hormel bacon. Nice big breakfast that keeps me full for a long time. I eat at 6:30 in the morning and have lunch around noon. Once in a while I change it up with Yogurt, almonds and an apple.0

Ditto. I do this and usually a hard boiled egg. Sometimes I'll stop at a local place and get a little bacon or sausage if I'm feeling particularly hungry that day.
Avocado would be a good idea as well as anything you would eat for any other meal. Who says breakfast has to be "breakfast" foods? I've used to eat Chinese food for breakfast, which isn't particularly low carb and I don't do that anymore, but you get the idea.0 -
I'm generally pretty uninspired when it comes to breakfast. I do like hard boiled eggs. And I do love avocados. Perhaps I should make a few of those avocado egg bakes from pinterest. hmm..
This is good. I need some new ideas for breakfast!0 -
I make great smoothies in less than 3 minutes. Blend 2 cups of coconut or almond milk, a scoop of brown rice protein, a scoop of flax seed, a fruit of your choice, I have an apple with 1 tsp of cinnamon, or a cup of blueberries or strawberries and take it in a sippy cup. It keeps me full for hours. Some days instead of the flax seed, I blend a small haas avocado for the fat content. If I make it with an avocado I add a packet of stevia to sweeten it a bit. I've been having these smoothies and watch my carbs the rest of the day and I've lost 28 lbs and 10 inches of fat off of my body in 5 months. Good luck0

My wife eats at work, and she takes a couple eggs and some precooked turkey sausage patties or links, and microwaves them together.0
