I'm looking for some new exercise ideas for people on the 5 & 1! Does anyone have any favorite videos that are a good work out but not overdoing it?

I've been on Medifast for 7 days now and I like the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" videos. I usually just pull them up on Youtube. She has a video for 1 mile all the way to 5 miles. I'm totally out of shape but easily made it through the one mile video.

I'm a long distance runner using TSFL to shed the last of my excess fat before trying for a 'Boston qualifying' time in a marathon later this summer - so I pretty much always run as far and as fast as I can in the 25 minutes I'm allowed.
My wife, however, loves the T25 workouts by Shawn T. Again - 25 minutes - lots of variety - all on DVD. Beachbody wants to sell them to you for $120 but you can find them on Craigslist for $60 every day of the week - brand new. I should note that I'm a bit of a 'fair weather' runner - so I do the T25 workouts when it's raining...0 -
I'm a big fan of Insanity (another beach body product). Intense cardio for 40 min (well, the first 30 days). After the first 2 weeks on medifast I hit this work out and have lost almost 20 lbs in a month. I only wanted to lose 25, so I'm almost there.0

I seriously doubt I could even do half of insanity, even though I'm only 6lb from my goal. Those workouts are crazy!0
