She stated get down and let it be apparent and then you will see your transformation when we take your photos again July 1st and every 2 months there after.0

100 lbs is exciting from the sidelines for sure! Congratulations! I hope I can post that someday!
I know what you mean when you say it didn't feel as amazing as you thought it would. I lost 50lbs and I knew how much that was because the cat litter weighs 50lbs, and I knew it was a lot in theory, but because I have so far to go I just shrugged it off.
Try to remember all the times you thought it will take too long and you won't make it, and see that you have!

I take a picture every month on the same day. When I put them together, wow it is so encouraging to see the changes. I print the picture, buy an encouraging or congratulations card and write it out to myself, put the pictures in and open the card the next month.0
