Question about UD Calories

Sorry but I didn't have time to read through all the post..But I'm looking to start JUDDD. But I have read some conflicting stories..Is it true that if you don't all your UD calories it will keep you from losing weight?..The only weight I can see me eating all those calories on UD is by eating bad food.Eating bad food is what got me here in the first place..lol..I want go the more healthier route this time around..BTW my UD calories is 2963

    No you dont have to eat them all but try to stay as close as you can. Dont forget that as you lose weight you need fewer cals to maintain your bulk so every 15ish lbs you should recalculate your tdee and adjust accordingly.
    Dont get hung up on th 2900 calories either. 2900ud +500dd = 1700 average intake. You will lose weight.
