    day 5 challenge complete! i sort of failed on the cardio part of yesterday's challenge due to life and bad knees getting in the way, but i worked in some cardio to make up for it. i see these as suggestions that can be adapted a bit when necessary. anyone else finding they've needed to make any adaptations to any of the exercises?
  • Day 5 level 1 complete...sorta lol. I really couldn't do all 10 reps of the duck walks but I tried my best each set. I missed out on day 3, and 4 but I will try my best to stick to it.

    Day 5 done! I have to admit I've been switching up the cardio more often than not. I just try to get in the minutes and do m best to replicate the intensity. I get a fair amount of cardio, it's the strength-building stuff I'm interested in as I find it complicated..
