That's bull****!

I just scarfed down 10 pieces of Stride sugar-fee, now MFP is saying I ate 10 carbs! No effing way, say it is not so!

    Gum, mints, etc are one of the main things I have been missing. I always kept something in my car and as soon as I would get in I would always pop one. Anyone know of any good carb free choices?
