Not Eggs,ha.ha.
1 lb hamburger
1 lb spicy hot breakfast sausage
add spices at will ,I used cumin ,oregano, cilantro, cayenne pepper, dash of cinnamon, garlic salt, and Morton lite salt for potassium
Mix all and roll out on cookie sheet with a piece of plastic wrap on top of meat. Use a water glass and stencil as many rounds as you can ,add 1 tsp cream cheese and hot jalapeno slice . I used a jar but you can use fresh . Turn into meatball and place in muffin pan .Cook at 325 degree 25 minutes ,then broil about 6 minutes.
They are awesome ,I got this recipe from ketorecipes, Enjoy

Can confirm. Cream cheese stuffed meatballs are awesome. Made some with ground beef and ground pork. Omitted the jalapeno because my family and I are extremely caucasian. Dipped them in some vodka sauce before serving. Delicious.0

This sounds great. I'll have to try it without the jalapeno. I'm a wuss when it comes to jalapeno.0
