    i might have been ok but my husband made shortcake bars and to top it off drizzled them with chocolate. You might know this would happen on a rainy day when i didn't have a lot of steps.

    today was not a good blue day until i got home and started working out. i find if i dont have my usual water bottle at work, i dont drink any water. Am i crazy or does this happen to you guys too lol

    Welcome back to the continuing and returning friends. There are some faces we haven't seen in a number of months, which is awesome!

    I gave the first of my final exams and managed not only to work while they worked, but I didn't eat any of the donuts I bought for them :drinker: Then I came home and did a 4 Mile Power walk and then went to visit my dad who is now able to swallow so he is being transitioned to taking things by mouth.

    Note: For those of you who are new, my dad had a serious emergency surgery in February that occurred out of the blue. He was hospitalized for the better part of a month, in acute care for a number of weeks, and has recently been moved to a nursing home for rehabilitation. Mostly at this point he is just really weak. He passed the swallow test this week after months of not being able to swallow, and he should progress quickly now that he will have a reason to be up for longer parts of the day.

    Weighed in. The same 3 pounds keep dancing on and off the scale over the last month. However, almost 2 inches seem to have melted from various parts of my body in the same period.

    Although throat still a little scratchy, I felt well enough to go to Group Power (AKA Body Pump) - felt great - sadly it left the Achilles a little tender.

    @Sonya - calories for indulging in wine sounds like a result.

    @GMK - stairs become compulsive!!

    @Scherzie - barely or otherwise, 1ml or 100mls YaY!!! ????????

    @Moneil - that man needs taking to task LOL!! Tomorrow will be better.

    @fionauu - some days staying hydr8ed does take a lot of energy - but MFP'rs are up to the challenge.

    @Kawookie - fab news about your dad and super NSV with the doughnuts.

    @R_Queenie - glad the Dutch tour was enjoyed - was there Pizza and ice-cream???

    Had a 4 hour walking tour around downtown. Burned a ton of calories so I splurged and got Chow Mein for dinner. = P Still stayed under, but I didn't drink enough water since I was out and about too much.
