I know a lot of you guys do not do the scheduled workout today. I was actually planning on it (giving my poor calves a rest), but we have guests coming in town this weekend and I will probably not get to do Saturday's workout on Saturday so I did it today.
Doing Pure Cardio just two days apart isn't right!
Cardio Abs after work.
I don't have a HRM yet- a friend has given me an old one. I just need to find some batteries for it. So for the time being- how do you log Cardio Abs and what are your usual calories burnt? (double points if you are female and near my size so it's sort of comparable: 5'2 about 125-130lbs ish?)

I usually burn around 350-400 for pure cardio and around 150 for cardio abs according to my hrm. Im 5'3 144lbs. I log it under cardio as it still has cardio elements to it.
