    Still need to work on my water consumption - drinking lots of water just doesn't come naturally with me! This challenge is making me much more awaware of this and I'm determined to make it a thing I do every day and not just when exercising.

    this time i was 56 calories over my goal. although this once again still counts as a green day, im still disapointed in myself so far this month. i dont know what im so extremely hungry lately. i know i just have to go harder on the workout to balance this out better. todays a new day :)

    Baseball tonight. Going to take water and avoid eating any of the naughty things I would love to stuff in my mouth. Going to spend half the game wishing I was in bed....as I have not even left yet and I am already wishing I was there. :yawn: Clearly I am not 100% yet ----stupid snot plague!!!:frown:

    Hi guys! I'm back after a little vacation and an unplanned diet break of about one week. It was very refreshing, but easy to slip into old habits! I realized that I need calorie logging and this challenge, otherwise, I will just eat, eat, eat!!! I've worked too hard to get to where I am and while eating is pleasurable at the time, the fullness and indigestion is not. I originally had set a goal of 24 green days and 31 blue days, but I'll have to revise that!

    5/1- Green- yes
    Blue- yes

    5/2- Green- no
    Blue- Yes

    5/3-5/6 did not log. Assume very red and probably blue, but I didn't track my water

    5/7- Green- no. I had good intentions of staying green. But had a bad day at work and my dinner was very late. And ice cream happened. But at least I finished the pint and don't need to worry about it being in the freezer anymore!
    Blue- yes


    Revised goal- Green- 21 days
    Blue-27 days

    I'm hoping Kawookie and I will have time in the next few days to get the spreadsheet going.

    My father-in-law didn't have a stroke, but does have a compressed nerve that will require surgery to fuse two discs and make room for the nerve. My soccer team got creamed tonight. 8-2. Ugh....three games left. Please no rain outs...

    I have not gotten back to a fasting day, but continue to stay in a good range of calories---so for now I won't push it. I did pick up several of my favorite low calorie items so fasting will be easier.
