Down 0.7#''s from last week but I am not sure how. My life is super crazy right now and I got off the exercise track and need to get back on. So that is my only goal for this week. TAKE TIME FOR ME AMIDST THE CHAOS! I have to keep in mind that exercise does not need to be a huge production. If I can sneak in even a half hour with just me and my headphones, DO IT. I will feel better for the time. I'm also not going to beat myself up on the times I choose sleep over exercise cause sleep is important too.0 -
