Still need to work on my water consumption - drinking lots of water just doesn't come naturally with me! This challenge is making me much more awaware of this and I'm determined to make it a thing I do every day and not just when exercising.

Hi guys! I'm back after a little vacation and an unplanned diet break of about one week. It was very refreshing, but easy to slip into old habits! I realized that I need calorie logging and this challenge, otherwise, I will just eat, eat, eat!!! I've worked too hard to get to where I am and while eating is pleasurable at the time, the fullness and indigestion is not. I originally had set a goal of 24 green days and 31 blue days, but I'll have to revise that!
5/1- Green- yes

5/3-5/6 did not log. Assume very red and probably blue, but I didn't track my water
5/7- Green- no. I had good intentions of staying green. But had a bad day at work and my dinner was very late. And ice cream happened. But at least I finished the pint and don't need to worry about it being in the freezer anymore!

My father-in-law didn't have a stroke, but does have a compressed nerve that will require surgery to fuse two discs and make room for the nerve. My soccer team got creamed tonight. 8-2. Ugh....three games left. Please no rain outs...0 -
