I love the if it fits your macros!

I just started a few weeks ago with a new trainer who is all about if it fits your macros! I am on a meal plan and exercise plan with her! i'm going to try and keep up with updating my profile. So by all means take a look for some ideas!! I made sure to label my pre and post workout meals.

I am looking forward to joining this group and getting ready for summer!

I recently did a fitness competition, training with a different trainer though. I had a bad rebound from the competition. Gaining 15 pounds by the next day and a total of 25 pounds in 4 days! I have finally started to get back into a maintenance weight. It is taking time but I am seeing the changes.

    Hi there! I have a open mind as to eating just to get your macros as well. Try to stay away from me find food and sugar though. Relate last night I realized I had not hit my carb macro. So I got up and eat a piece of bread with butter. I normally do not eat bread but I feel strongly about not going under or over in the carbs :) that rebound sounds rough. Glad you're with us!
