What's your incentive?
At the end of this five weeks I am coaching 5 athletes a national championship in Florida! It is very important to me to look fit and professional. I also want to be comfortable on the beach and just enjoy myself. Stay focused on your goal because all the little steps add up- every choice matters!
Hit your macros (pie chart!)
Remember our goal is not just to hit our calories but also hit our goals concerning our macros. Our pie chart on the nutrition tab needs to read 25 to 30% carbs. No more! Be brave with your healthy fat intake. Fat does not make you fat!

I love the if it fits your macros! I just started a few weeks ago with a new trainer who is all about if it fits your macros! I am on a meal plan and exercise plan with her! i'm going to try and keep up with updating my profile. So by all means take a look for some ideas!! I made sure to label my pre and post workout…
