Hit your macros (pie chart!)

Remember our goal is not just to hit our calories but also hit our goals concerning our macros. Our pie chart on the nutrition tab needs to read 25 to 30% carbs. No more! Be brave with your healthy fat intake. Fat does not make you fat!

    Remember to balance each meal with a protein, a fat and a carb. Plan your carbs wisely and use them mostly before you work out and after to recover. We should be getting at least 80-100g of carbs! Don't drop too low! Also if you have a snack that is just carbs, your blood sugar will drop too low, and it will make you tired and hungry! Have you ever eaten an apple and then felt starving a half-hour later? :) eat balanced!

    In the app click the three little lines in the upper left corner , then click the nutrition tab.
