    A great week marking less than 100 pounds towards my goal and almost 100 pounds down from my highest approximated weight (scale didn't go high enough/told me to FO). And an NSV of one of the engineers (ZERO social skills) complimenting me on my weight loss. Love the unsolicited weightloss observations! :D

    CW: 311.6 (as of Monday)
    GW: 299 (I can hope to see twoterville!)

    Weigh-ins are on Mondays (adjusting to Fridays) for me
    May 4: 308.2 (-3.4) (Not bad considering everything going on with me physically and my diet at the moment)
    May 9: 306.6 (-1.4) (Probably not any real change as the loss is most likely due to cutting my hair)

    5/1/14= 277.6 -2.2 of 12.8 goal

    5/12/14=278.2 +0.6 After 9 days of vacation, this isn't bad. Back to the letter of the law as of today.
