HELP need to loose at least 25 lbs for health reasons, arthritis in feet due to serious injury and being somewhat non weight bearing!!!!! Please any encouragement!!!:smile:

    It's hard to even walk when you hurt. I found cortizone shots to help a lot. Usually one is all it takes to feel better so you can walk without swelling and pain. I just had one in my knee last week and within 48 hours felt better.
