Something I want you all to contemplate. That you are already on this journey to a healthy weight. You made the decision, you joined the group. It won't all be plain sailing.. you will eat stuff you should not.. you will gain weight sometimes.. but there will be no re-starting this journey, you are on it good or bad. No longer will you feel guilty for that slip up and end up gaining 100 lbs back, no longer will you feel alone, no longer will you be left floundering in a place where no one understands you.. you have here. You have us.

Thank you for this message! I am on my way to meet my family for lunch (rare day off work) and I would have probably selected something for taste and desire- not health and nutrition. You put me back on track and I will try to make a better choice. I'm glad you are all here!!0

Exactly. This isn't a diet for me this time, it's a complete change in my life. I will eat what I enjoy but I will do so responsibly and realize that certain things will need to be worked off sometimes. I have to do this for my whole life. Finally I get that.0

I am in also This is the last time I am doing this!! This group has been such an inspiration to me. Even when I can not post alot I try to read and see so many of you that are struggling with the same issues as I am and it inspires me to keep going. We ALL can do this!0

This message came at the perfect time. Yesterday I intentionally planned on not worrying about the food stuff. I knew I would be walking so much that the choices I made really wouldnt effect to much in the weight loss category, but its the mental side I should have thought about. I had restless legs last night from all the walking and standing. I got up in the middle of the night countless times. Each time feeling starved to death and wanting to raid the fridge!!!! I didn't - I just kept telling myself that its normal after all the crap I had to crave it for awhile. Now I need to get it out of my system again. The morning after is where I normally cant get back on that waggon. Yup, I do the "Oh I'm off now, take one more day to just have whatever you want and get back to it tomorrow " the problem is tomorrows always a day away! My mentality this time - it wasn't a day off, it was a planned detour!! Now I'm back on the proper journey and I need to stay the course! Yes my cravings this morning are all over the place. I know that they will be, so I'm going to be properly "Armed" today. Plus my tablet will be my bestie today, because I'm taking y'all with me where ever I go!! Thank you and Blessings :flowerforyou:0
