NSV - Crisis Averted

I wanted all the food, but I didn't go there. (This is just so huge. I've never been able to step back from a binge. I even had my car keys in hand and was ready to throw down bill money on all the junk I could get my hands on.) I also consciously thought about the trigger (kiddo's having issues with school and her teacher has essentially given up on her), instead of focusing on the anger (which becomes the justification too often).
