WOW - I lost 3 pounds!!! :drinker: I couldn't believe it, I actually weighed twice to make sure.
I didn't follow my plan as well as I should and after a gain last week I was dreading getting on the scale this morning.
Till next week......and I sure hope someone else reports in.

    Great job!
    I managed to lose 1/2 in. In both my neck and hips this week! Since I am just getting started with all of this my main goal for the week was to get use to using the MFP app and recording everything i ate, and I only mmissed one day! I say that is a goal met! Because i think that it will help me to stay accountable i am going to state my goals for next week!
    my goals for next week are to:

    Continue logging my food
    Add at least 3 days of 30 min exercise!
