You look AMAZING! I wish you would post a before picture.....just to help others (ok...me) to see what can be done with motivation. I dont think I could do that with my leg when I was in my twenties Did I mention you look AMAZING ! :flowerforyou:0

I'm not much on words so here you go. My before and after. I'm too scared to post out on the main forum. The before are around 211lbs. I'm 5'3 or 5'4 and will be 52 in a few months.

Thank you for sharing. You are such an inspiration. I will be 55 next week and I love seeing and hearing success stories of people in their 50's. I am jealous of how flexible you are. You look fantastic and you have definitely inspired me to work harder.0

Thank you for your kind words.
Flexibility can be increased at any age. I was a professional dancer and was dealt a good spin of the genetics wheel.0 -

Thanks everyone! I did put my success story out there with an attempt to be funny. Engineers aren't funny though.0

Bravo! That is how it's done.0

Thanks everyone! I did put my success story out there with an attempt to be funny. Engineers aren't funny though.
Being around engineers everyday (family members, friends and students) engineers are very funny. Most of the general population just doesn't "get" engineer humor.
However, you look fantastic! I don't see any reason you can't inthrall the masses with your new -20 year body. :drinker:0 -
what a wonderful job you have done!!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring us. I am 49 and have my goal to be at my ideal weight by my 50th birthday this year and so it helps me a lot to see others that are doing it and doing it well I might add.
Blessings,

Wow, you look amazing! And I never would have guessed your age. You look like you are in your 30's.0

Thanks again everyone for your kind words and support! It has been a long road.
Even fatty fat nobody ever guesses my age. Some would ask hesitantly are you over 40 or under 40. I went for a skin sun check a couple months ago and the doc asked me if I was from Scandinavia and he hasn't seen anyone with so little sun damage in a long time. But really, I have my parents to thank for the youthful looks. My mother is nearly 90 and looks maybe 60.0
