I have been researching a lot about how much fiber you get on Atkins, where do you get your fiber?
I was thinking of having everyday a tablespoon of Flax Seed in water.

Veggies, and nuts. Fruit, depending on where you are on the plan.
Quest bars are also great, but I don't know what phase I would add them in to...0 -
Thank you, it seems my fiber is not enough even using all my carbs0

Veggies are probably your best bet then.
They are generally low in carbs and high in fiber.
My 2 oz of spinach yesterday is 3 g of carbs and 2 g of fiber, giving you a net carb total of 1 g.
It doesn't seem like a lot of spinach for a salad, but it's pretty good sized!0 -
I add milled flax to my salmon patties, and I have those once or twice a week. Yummy!0

I add chai seeds, and a little lime juice for taste to my water!!!0
