Hi everyone,
This group is great- I never realized so many women suffer from PCOS. I definitely don't feel alone.
One question- does anyone have brown or dark spots on their skin- making it rough and unsightly? This is another annoying sympton of PCOS. Mine is really flaring up now, and I was hoping someone had a tip!

Hey,
I get dark patches of skin under my arms, boobs, on my thighs, basically anywhere that rubs. But they're not rough, just my skin is a lot darker. Apparently it's due to insulin levels.0 -
Does anything help the appearance or lighten them? They are very embarassing...
