Running outfit recommendations!

Hey there!
I always spend hours reading through these posts looking for the answers to my questions and never comment, So i thought i'd finally dive right in..
Just getting back into running and i'm looking to rekit out all my running gear, I'm 5'9 so really struggle getting long enough running tops, What are everyones favourites? I'm also looking to get some new shorts that aren't going to ride up.
ALSO, i'm finding it impossible to find a running strap that isn't to big for my arm i'm sure my arms aren't that small.., i'm currently resorting to safety pinning my one smaller and it's given me blisters.. Also good over ear headphones?
BASICALLY. what are everyones running favourites? (links would be good too)

GapBody has really great that are longish (http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=1006976).
I love Athleta Shimmy Shorts (http://athleta.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=1005088&vid=1&pid=983384002), but they're a little on the expensive side. I have a smaller waist and bigger booty, so it's nearly impossible for me to find shorts that don't ride up and the Athleta ones don't.0
