If my calculations are correct I have 14.53 hours toward the challenge and 4433 calories burned.
I have been crazy busy and haven't updated all, so figured I would just give a check in on my weekly numbers.
I bought a recumbent bike yesterday morning for pretty cheap and love it!!
Seems my cardio is cutting in to my weight lifting quite a bit, and now I am so torn on what to do. I like that cardio takes the scale down quicker, but lifting gives me a better physique....ugh decisions, decisions. LOL.

1 hr for treadmill at 3mph
Total is 16.53....Aiming for 2 hrs a day to finish the challenge.0
