What happens if you skip a day?

If I skip a day I do a full restart. My son was sick yesterday. When I got home from work I took care of him and did not take them outside to walk or set aside some indoor walking time. I am currently back to day one. What day is everyone else on? Has anyone else done a restart?

    I haven't missed a day yet, but some days I take it easy and do a shorter walk than usual. But, if I did, I don't think I'd fault myself for it- next day is a new day, continue on like the day before never happened.

    I don't do a restart. I will usually do two or three 30-minute sessions -- one in the morning, one in the afternoon (at lunch) and one in the evening. :o
