Hey if you like to run, walk or jog step ups are great for building the 3 butt muscles especially if you do the variations and the quads and hams too! You get a little cardio in also. You don't have to use dumb-bells at all or if you are starting to use dumb-bells you don't have to go heavy!

    Tried these exercises on the Stairmaster this morning! It made the time go by quicker and gave me a way better work out! Thanks for sharing! : )
