Shoulder mobility recommendations?

I'm having trouble getting sufficient looseness in my shoulders for squatting without lots of discomfort. I do stretch my shoulders before I begin as well as between sets and after several sets of squats they feel a bit better, but I doubt its great for them to feel so stressed starting out. Are there shoulder mobility exercises that I can do to help with this?

    - rolling lacross/tennis ball on your upper pec/side of the chest/front of shoulder
    - elastic band pull aparts, both pronated and supinated (with the underhand grip you'll need less tension, quite possibly, but it's the best)
    - shoulder dislocations with a band
    - band rack holds (step into the band, hook hand in and bring over your shoulder, play around with your elbow position up in front while holding the wrist back. It's hard to describe)
    - clasp hands benhind you, arms straight, and lift as high as you can without bending forward
    - bands or simply tiny plates Is, Ys, Ts

Seriously considering making a video out of this since I think I've answered like 3 different people with something similar over the past week, lol.

Would anyone be interested? I can share my mobility/warm-up routine, too xD

How are you positioning the bar? More like the image in the center or the one on the right? Knowing would help us give better suggestions.

More like the one on the right.

Okay, so by popular demands I did record something, but it's like 17 minutes long and I don't think I want to post this online without major editing xD I probably should write myself an outline, so much rambling O_o I might just give it a second try later today, lol. I'm such a dork when I make video... *shakes head* (I'm just a dork in general, in case you hadn't noticed)
