So its time to sign up for the June challenge! Its an extension of the May Challenge; with an additional twist for diet control...
The minimum requirements are 24 hours of exercise in the month with a minimum 24 days of staying below your calorie limit. However caution; please do not starve! Eat Healthy!
Add on to the 24 as much as you like!

Is the limit including calories gained from exercise or excluding them?0

MFP considers it including calories burnt from exercise. I would think its just easier doing it that ways; else you would need a separate tracker perhaps?
should we include a nutrition factor too? that you have to meet your Carbs:Proteins:Fat ratios every week? because going under calories can be achieved by starving too.0 -
Ok, just wanted clarity on it .
As for nutrition aspect, well I won't be able to meet that. I am deliberately eating less carbs than recommended. But I guess it would be a good idea to help people eat well.0 -
@ jasneet.... Nutrition ratios will be a little tough...
How much ever i eat... I never seem to reach my protein goal...
Being vegetarian... My main protein source is pulses n dairy...0 -
@Yogesh & Naruto: MFP allows you to set your own nutrition ratios. I am usually off my ratios by 2-3 % but I am allowing myself that much room for error. I really cannot track food by the morsel.
So are we on, people???
I shall burn calories for 24 hours in June and eat under my calorie goal for 24 of the 30 days!0 -

got a good start on Sunday! completed just about an hour of working out! and was under my calorie goal too!
rest day today; so have to be really careful on the calorie intake!0 -

only 3.25 hours done! I am averaging only 40 minutes a day! :grumble: i so need to bump that up by another 15 minutes to hit the 24 mark!
