In my 8th week and finally started the fitness program. I am in no way athletic, I'm sure if anyone was watching they would have a great laugh. But I don't care I did as much as I could, not the three reps but I did do a full two. There was one that I just had no balance for, so after several attempts I skipped it.
Plan on this program for the rest of the ninety days, three times a week, that sounds like a good goal for me.
