Aloe water

Hey all I was wondering if anybody uses the aloe water? I know you add it to your water to make it taste better but at the price it seems rather an extravagant way to add flavor. Does it have any extra health benefits? I'm not keen on plain water and rarely reach the recommended daily intake so could really something to add a bit of taste without the extra cals or sugar. Thanks x

I was told that adding lemon slices, lime slices, or mint sprigs were good choices. For me, I drink less when my water doesn't taste like water. I tried everything from coconut water to cucumber water and blech. Aloe juice has a huge number of benefits, the one I remember off the top of my head being that it coats the stomach to prevent inflammation, etc. But I've been told that it does taste decidedly "plantlike/floral." I personally don't like water reminding me of lettuce or dandelions.... I think most folks use it in a short (like a quick gulp) or in their weight loss "tea" to be camouflaged. Good luck.0

I use the aloe, the best way I can explain the benefits is it helps everything from the mouth to the south. I get the mango flavored one which taste much better (to me anyway) I do 3 capfuls in 4 oz of water then I drink my tea, shake and take my tablets. You can mix it with your tea as well if you don't want that many drinks back to back.0

I have my Herbalife aloe (mango) everyday! We add the 16oz bottle to a gallon of water and store it in the fridge. I take a 1 oz shot morning and evening. I find it helps sooth the entire digestive tract from entrance to exit.0
