not losing weight with turbo

I have been doing turbo fire for 4 weeks and I only lost 1ib. Does anyone else have same problem.?

    What is the key to losing with turbo? Can anyone share their nutrition tips. I am eating around 1400 calories. Who is losing weight weekly and what r you eating?

    I know its been a couple months, and I saw no one answered. But i also used Turbo religiously last summer. I ate a balanced diet of around 1400 cals, and no stupid shakeology crap. I didn't notice massive loss on the scale. But my measurements were amazing. After one month I had lost 4 inches off my waist, and 2.5 inches off my thighs and hips. My recommendation would be don't get discouraged by the scale. Any time I've tried to lose weight, I've been discouraged by the scale. I'm now physically unable to do turbo because of a degenerative joint disease. But just stay with it. I hope this helps.

    Have you taken measurements? I've noticed quite a few people didn't lose a lot in the first month, but lost a lot of inches. I personally don't follow the schedule. I started just doing the Hiit15 a few times a week for 6 weeks then moved to the hiit20 last week. I did a bit of running, like 1/2mi a day a few times a week for 2 weeks, but living in AZ it got too hot to continue! I've lost 16lbs and quite a few inches since April 7th. (1.5" off each thigh, 3 off both chest and waist last I measured- probably 1.5wks ago) I eat whatever I want but stay under 1400, most days usually around 1200 but occasionally up to 1700.
