What are your best ways to deal with stress so we do not turn to food for comfort?

Okay, so here is my list:
take a bath
go for a walk
call a friend
write in my journal
yoga
deep breathing exercises
go swimming
With that said, I still fall pray to night time binges. I constantly struggle with emotional eating, and my weight loss has stalled for several months now, but I have been able to maintain most of previous loss.0 -
Those are good ideas, folks, thanks! How do I REMEMBER to implement those when the stress starts. I get stressed over packing, for instance. I try to stop and breathe and sometimes call a friend, however the stress returns as soon as I'm done breathing or talking or listening.
And I do not know why I told myself, again, that is could dole out my binge foods and not consume them all at once. Which I did. I've tried putting up large print signs to remind myself of breathing exercises. Maybe I'll try that again.0
