So yesterday was my birthday!!! and I feel amazing I think back to my last few birthdays all I worried about was what yummy meal I would get and if there would be left over cake:) This year I went for a walk and splurged by buying myself new underwear hahaha My old ones were falling off my butt!!!!

Today I had Zumba and it was weigh in day. I have lost a total of 37lbs!!! I feel amazing , more in control of my life ..

    Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY and Congrats on your progress!! It's funny how we put so much stock in food, then we realize that it's not such a big deal. I'm celebrating with you!

    Needing to go out to buy new clothes because the old don't fit...that right there is the best birthday present I've heard of in a long time!
