Starting Over
I'm starting my journey over again. I don't like logging meals but I made a discovery on eating daily mixed nuts that was shocking to learn. I'm doing a lot of night time snacking that I need to stop. I'm OK during the day. Wish me luck.

Would anybody be interested in starting a pseudo-group which defines abstinence as using MFP?
To clarify, abstinence would be defined as accounting for everything you've eaten in Myfitnesspal. There would be no need to open your diary or anything like that. I'm just kicking around the idea.
