I’m new to OA, and I’d like to use MFP in conjunction with OA.
Does anyone have any tips for how they use MFP to help with their OA program?

Hiya! I have used MFP in conjunction with my OQ program primarily for accountability, and not as a tool to control, otherwise, I will obsess over numbers, which is not ideal for working my program.
